To the family: Saying good-bye must be the hardest thing in the world for you, and words seem like such little things compared to what all of you are going through. With deepest sympathy.

Dear Uncle Rich... talks with you were too few and far between,  in California,  Vermont, Australia and Massachusetts.  Around the table for one of Aunt Liz's wonderful dinners you'd lead good discussions with ideas, information and end up with a crinkly-nose laugh.  You will be missed by us all.  Love, Jan, Meg and her family and Jo and hers.

A great boss, a caring colleague and a true gentleman! I was very saddened to hear of Rich's death. He was always so supportive of me, in his own quiet way of course! My thoughts and prayers are with Liz, Molly and family at this time. I am sorry I won't be there to pay my respects.
