I worked with Dr. Schwartz for many years culminting in his being my supervising psychiatrist for prescribing in Quincy. My best memory, however, was toward the end of a long and hard winter and he said to me not to worry, "spring will come." Wow! Cut right threw infant time. Our paths took separate routes after Quincy. I learned a great deal from him, enjoyed his sense of humor, and I will miss his presence on the planet. Sympathies to all his family.

Dear Sheila, Pam, David, Elizabeth, Julia, and families -- I just learned the sad news and wanted to send my sympathies to all. One of my first memories of Chuck was when he guided me around the kitchen on McCarthy Road, making sure I knew where the dog food was stored and how to measure it and fill the bowl. He, Sheila, and Pam were going away for a weekend (don't remember if David was born yet), and I was being put in charge of Sam. It was the first time anyone had ever given me full responsibility for the care and well-being of another creature, even if it was the four-legged dachshund variety. I felt so grown up at 7-8 years old. Know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers! With love, Robert
