Joanne was a very dear friend in the short time that I knew her when we played bridge.. no matter, she was always upbeat and had a smile on her face. although i didn't see much of her these past few years because we moved away, I always inquired about her. I will remember the good times. She adored her children and grandchildren and was so proud of everything they did. May she live on in the hearts of all she knew and loved and may she rest in peace.

We are so sorry to hear of Jo-Anne's passing. We are in Iceland and the time difference is such that the funeral is beginning in Needham as we write this message. Jo-Anne was always so positive about everything and her outlook on life so cheery that she was a pleasure to spend time with. She leaves a wonderful loving legacy for her family and friends. May she rest in peace.

So very sorry for your loss. Your mother was a fabulous woman who will live on with each of you. I will never forgot the times we spent both in Florida and at your home. She was the "cats meow" of moms- a saying I remember her often saying. She will continue to live on with everyone she's touched. Thinking of you all in this very difficult time. Love, Linda Schwartz
