Amy was a very special lady. We knew each other from the time she was at the FRB and I was with another government agency. I considered her my unofficial mentor. She had intelligence, charm and grace. She is missed

I worked with Amy for several years as a young lawyer. Though she knew vastly more than I did, she always treated me as her equal. I learned so much from her, and was very sad to learn this news. Rest in peace, Amy.

My deep sympathies to Amy's family. We were close friends in high school and I have fond memories of the wonderful hours, days, weeks, and years of "hanging out" with Amy, Carol Cherney Levine and Gail Paul. Amy was quick, smart, funny, and game for almost anything. We hadn't seen each other in too many years, but our shared experiences while growing up stay with me still.

I was so sorry to read of Amy's passing. We worked together at the Boston FED many years ago. She was a great resource, and a great friend. My sympathy to her family. I am sure she left a large void.

My Darling Amy,
My sister in law, trusted and dear friend, and Lady Of Valor.
In life how often did I tell you that you were my hero. Everything you
accomplished, every challenge you encountered, every step in life you conducted with dignity, class and so humble my angel.
We shared our family history together with our private talks and the love we shared in common for our loved ones, Always wise and always compassionate.
I will miss you so much and I pray you rest in peace and know how much you are respected ad loved.

Miss you, Amy, and love you. I miss our everlasting friendship for 38 years. You were always my strength when I needed a friend. Remembering so many things we did together, playing backgammon at the beach almost every weekend for so many years, having dinner at Four Stars in Needham every Friday night, visiting you in Cincinnati when you lived there, and visiting you when you lived in Connecticut, and spending Christmas with you in New York at your apartment. When you moved back to Boston, I loved all of our walks around the City, all the restaurants we went to for lunch and dinner, all the Boston events we attended, all the wonderful movies we saw over the years. There are no words to describe how much our friendship has meant to me. My heart broke when you became sick, yet your strength and courage through it all for past 3 plus years, helped me to be strong for you. You never gave in to your illness ~ that was not who you were. You were "Amy", a very strong, smart, capable, brave woman who went on with her life. These last many months were tough, and there wasn't anything I wouldn't do for you to help, to take you where you needed to go, to shop for you, to call you each and every day multiple times to check in with you. I admire you, and have from the very beginning of our friendship. Please, my friend, rest in peace, and know how much you are loved and missed. xoxo
