David, What can I say, my heart is empty but I know you are with daddy now and one day I will come and we will wait for everyone,
I wait for you to walk in and say take a ride with me and get a free meal. I see a star when Ilook out my bedroom window and know it is you.
I miss and love you, until we meet again
Love you Ma

To my grandma, mom, brothers, aunts, uncles, and cousins,
Please find strength in remembering what a kind, generous, giving, loving person uncle David was. I will always remember him for all the things he has done for me throughout my life. I hope that I am able to give to others as much as he given to each one of us. He will be in my thoughts and prayers forever. I love all of you very much and if any of you need anything please let me know. Love, Melissa

Dear Aunt Dorothy, Peter, Dottie Ann, Pamela, and Anne,
You are in my thoughts and prayers. The loss of David will be widely felt by so many, and is such a loss to the world. I pray you will find peace in knowing how much he was loved in life, and will continue to be loved even in death.
When I think of David my most vivid memories are of him as a young boy, so very cute, with that wide smile, and such a michevous zest for life. That is how I will remember him.
Both my husband and I would like to extend our deepest sympathies. You have my phone #'s and address if there is anything you may need from me. Again I am so sorry. God Bless You Every One.
With So Much Love,
Darlene Miller Moore
