ELEANOR M. MULHERN

MULHERN, Eleanor M. (O'Neil) Longtime resident of Needham, formerly of Newton, passed away on May 20, 2021. Devoted mother of Ellen Mulhern of Dedham, Joseph "Jay" Mulhern of FL, Leslie Ingram of Somerville, Elizabeth Mahon of FL, Pamela Mulhern of Newton, and the late Richard Mulhern. Loving grandmother of Terrence Mulhern, Kendra Mahon, Luke Ingram and Hannah Ingram. Great-grandmother of Emmett Ernst. Sister of Joanne Collins, Ruth Kenney, and Bennet R. O'Neil, Jr. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Eleanor was a graduate of Regis College. She then obtained her Master's degree at Villa Schifanoia in Florence, Italy. Eleanor enjoyed teaching art for many years. Visiting Hours at the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 1305 Highland Ave., NEEDHAM, on Wednesday, May 26th from 4-7pm. Funeral from the Funeral Home on Thursday, May 27th at 10am, followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Joseph Church, Needham at 11am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Interment private.
