Joyce was the warmest and most caring woman I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She had the incredible ability to connect with anyone. Her kind heart was never more evident than in her work with Special Needs Students - they loved her.
Not only was Joyce a good friend, but she truly was a gift to this world!
Our love and sympathy to the family.
