Bob was my favorite teacher at Norwood High. He was very good to me. (His wife Paula was my cheerleading coach, and she was great, too. ) I also used to run into Bob in Falmouth. I was always happy to see him - Such a great guy. I’m so sorry for this loss. He will always be remembered by me and many others. Kathy ( Denzer) Reddoch

My sincere condolences to Marie and Bob's family, especially Tom Clifford. Bob was a great friend and classmate at Brown for 4 years. Hockey teammate and fraternity brother. Loved his sense of humor. While I spent the later years of my professional career with Bob at NHS, I knew Bob and his family since Cub Scouts(Doris) and the very beginnings of the Norwood Hockey Club{Tom). Bob, the Cliffords, Connollys and McKeowns have always shared wonderful experiences and memories of growing up in Norwood. To work with Bob at Norwood High School was just a perfect closure to a wonderful experience with an exceptional educator, lifelong friend and hockey"townie"! Rob and Katherine, my very sincere condolences to you and the family. Take some solace in the fact that you had love and learning from a father that was singular! God bless and God speed to all!

I had the honour of meeting Bob (Simply known as B) at Brown where we were hockey teammates all 4 years. He was a true gentleman both on and, especially, off the ice. We were all very lucky to have had the pleasure of knowing B. He was a special person.

Bob was my history teacher as a student and we also taught together at Norwood High School. In fact, I took over his old classroom. He also made me my first drink when I turned 21. I considered him a mentor and a friend. Bob was a genuinely great guy. He will be greatly missed. I would like to pass along my condolences to the family.
