Jean Tudor Obituary
Jean was born in Billings on March 19, 1943, to Ladora Christine and Everett Kenneth McBride. In her early years she lived in Nye and Absarokee, and later her family moved to the Gallatin Valley where she attended and graduated from Bozeman Senior High School. While in school she participated in numerous clubs and activities including tumbling, pep club, art club, and many others.
She met the love of her life and was shortly thereafter married to Dave Tudor on June 23, 1961. Jean and Dave were married for over 49 years before her death.
Jean was a homemaker, talented cook, and committed to helping and serving others. She was a Montana Winter Fair participant for several years and won numerous ribbons for her delicious pies, cookies, canned jams and jellies.
Through the years she shared her talent for planning, preparing and serving delicious meals for large groups with those at her church and others who asked for her help. In addition to cooking, she enjoyed camping, fishing, viewing wildlife and boating. Jean wore many hats during her working years and the common thread was serving others. Her last position, before her retirement, was working in home care for the elderly.
In her later years, Jean enjoyed sewing, crocheting and knitting, but mostly she enjoyed helping others in need through her faith and life story. She cherished her husband, family, and especially her six granddaughters.
She is survived by her husband, Dave Tudor; daughter, Laurie Ann (Mike) Larson and their daughters Keely and Kamryn of Bozeman; son, Cliff (Jennifer) Tudor and their daughters, Courtney, Chloe, Sophia and Sarah of Plevna; brothers, Donald (Kathy) McBride of Bozeman, and Robert (Shirley) McBride of Silverdale, Wash.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Everett Kenneth McBride and Ladora Christine McBride; and daughters, Rhonda and Lisa.
A celebration of Jean's life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 28, at Dokken-Nelson Sunset Chapel. Interment will follow in Sunset Hills Cemetery.

Dear Dave,
