91, Bradenton, died December 26, 2016. Born and raised in Daytona Beach, FL he moved to Bradenton from Meridian, MS and he attended Christ Episcopal Church. A Veteran of the US Navy during World War II, he was a Civil Engineer at McKim & Creed before retiring in 1990. He was a member of the Sheriff's Advisory Citizen Committee, the NRA, and he was a Mason with the Halifax Masonic Lodge in Daytona Beach, FL. He enjoyed sailing, fishing and hunting. Charlie lived his life to the fullest and enjoyed his family and friends. Predeceased by his wife, Nancy (Porter) Locke; survived by daughters, Linda L. (Frank) Agresta of Bradenton, FL, Lauren L. Hall of Bradenton, FL and Katherine L. McCullars of Dallas, TX; grandchildren, Brittany and Hunter McCullars, Frankie and Lacey Agresta and Hailey Kirra Hall.
