69, died on September 16, 2016. He was a lifelong resident of the Bradenton area. He grew up enjoying Boy Scouts, Little League, Track and Field and graduated from Manatee High School. He enlisted in the Air Force in 1967 and served in Vietnam. After the service, he entered the construction industry spanning over 30 years. Dons career included building residential, commercial and church properties. During his lifetime Don loved boating, fishing, golfing and music was his passion. His greatest accomplishment were his children whom he raised in Parrish with his first wife, Donna. After marrying Vicky in 2001 they built their new home together in Palmetto, where the two families became one. He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Vicky; daughters, Nichol Lancaster, Andrea Milgate (BJ), Lori Seruchar (Kevin); step-children, Kayla, Thomas, and Kimberly Mannausa; his sister, Silvia Harris; his brothers, Arthur Rowe, Jr. and Ronald Rowe, and 4 grandchildren. He is predeceased by his first wife, Donna Holmes Rowe; his mother, Thora Rowe; father, Arthur Rowe, and brother Richard. Don appreciated his long family ties with the Holmes family of Holmes Beach. Don was a devout Christian man, who loved his family and friends, and will be deeply missed. Visitation will be 3-5PM, Sunday, September 25, 2016 at Brown & Sons Funeral Homes & Crematory 43rd Street Chapel, 604 43rd St. West, Bradenton, FL 34209. His Celebration of Life will be held 11:00AM Monday, September 26, 2016 at The Bridge Church, 4000 75th St. West, Bradenton, FL 34209.
