He continues a Priest for ever. Thank you Father for the Mass, the Sacraments, your example of holiness. Your smile every morning greeting us for Holy Mass, your zest and joy for life and and our wonderful Catholic faith. You will be deeply Missed but never forgotten in our prayers. Father, It's bee a long time since my last philosophy class at Canisius College that you taught in my senior year, which was your very first semester at Canisius, and I still remember your sweet and kind nature. The close of your life provided you with a great opportunity for suffering, emulating the final lesson of Jesus Christ on the Cross, the lesson that thunders through the ages as He hung, heartbroken, crucified, and bereft. God reward you !

Father, you followed the Master to the end, carrying your Cross with Him. We who loved you in life, will never abandon you in death. I ask also your prayers for us.
I will miss waiting at the door at 6:45, and your warm greeting to your little flock as you opened the door, always carrying your Rosary. I loved you then, as I love you now.
