ANTHONY D. "CHUB" GUILBAULT Obituary
ANTHONY D. "CHUB" GUILBAULT - ST. ALBANS - Anthony D. Guilbault, a lifelong resident of this area, passed away Tuesday evening, June 4, 2013, in the Northwestern Medical Center. Chub attended Bellows Free Academy, and served in the U.S. Navy. Following his discharge, he worked at the Granite Quarries in Barre, was a firefighter for the City of St. Albans, a laborer for John McEnany and Pepper Martin, and for several years was maintenance supervisor for Lake Street Housing. Survivors include his son, Thomas Guilbault; two daughters, Allie Sisco-Guilbault of St. Albans, and Liza Cook and husband, Stephen; grandchildren, Tanya Sisco, Stephanie Cook and her companion, Ronnie Young, Allen Cook and his wife, Sharon, Christopher Crapo and his companion, Shelly Nappi, and Lance Crapo; great-grandchildren, Kaylie and Kylie Young, and Ivye and Jazper Crapo; sister, Jane Guilbault; sisters-in-law, Mae Guilbault, and Irene Freeman; and many nieces and nephews. Chub is also survived by his step- children, Lomby LaBelle, Richard LaBelle, Jeannette Nichols and her husband, Peter, Lillie Beyor, Homer Ward, Priscilla War, and stepson and special friend, Robert Ward. Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Sunday, June 9, 2013, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Heald Funeral Home, 87 So. Main St., St. Albans. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, June 10, 2013, at 11 a.m. in Holy Angels Catholic Church, 246 Lake St., St. Albans. Interment, with military honors, will follow at the family lot in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Private messages of condolence to the Guilbault family are welcome at www.healdfuneralhome.com.
