I am very sorry to hear about Dianne's passing. She was so helpful to me when my mother was sick and made a difficult situation a little easier. I appreciated her intelligence, kindness, and easy smile. I will always be grateful to her. My condolences to her family and friends.

All of us who knew Dianne are terribly saddened by her passing.
As the current President of the Vermont Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), I know I can state on behalf of all of us that she was a valued colleague and a treasured friend. Her warmth, humor and intelligence were always on display as was her grace, the latter never more so than during her recent loss of her husband. The fact I am now the President of our NAELA Chapter was her doing entirely and I took that as a tremendous vote of confidence in me which I cherished. I believe she is now in a better place but I also know I shall always miss her.

I worked with Dianne years ago while employed with the State of Vermont, in the Long-Term Care Division. I called on her expertise of Elder Law many times to help navigate through the twists and turns to make clients eligible for services. Her kindness and willingness will always be remembered. Rest in peace....
