Allan Haggerty passed away in Calgary, AB on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at the age of 80 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Lorraine; daughter Karen (Alan) Barrett and grandson Colin. He is also survived by many loving family members. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel of Mountain View Funeral Home on Saturday, December 27, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. To express condolences, please visit: www.mountainviewmemorial.com. Uncle Allen will always have a special place in my heart. He will be sadly missed, but never forgotten! We can take comfort in knowing that we have a few special guardian angels looking over us.

Karen, Al & Colin,
So very sad to hear of your loss. I met Allan when he was working on renovating our house in Bayview. He was so very generous, kind and helpful. He assisted my mother while making decisions. Such a wonderful person. I remember he built my dog a dog house to match the renovations. I bumped into him last year and he was so happy and easy to talk. A truly wonderful person.
