Ethel Mae Mikulik Krejci, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great, great- grandmother passed away peacefully on February 15, 2021.

She was born on May 6, 1924 in Moulton, Texas to Adolph and Cecilia Mikulik. She graduated from Komensky High School and soon after married Alvin George Krejci in Moulton, Texas on October 27, 1941. They raised their sons Alvin Krejci Jr.(Joe) and Kenneth(Ken) Doyle Krejci in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Ethel Mae worked as a dental assistant for Dr. Wm. Meyer in Corpus Christi for many years before her retirement in 1999. She had a passion for Polka Dances and would dance the night away. She, also, made the best chicken-fried steak and apple strudel in Texas.

Ethel Mae was preceded in death by her mother Cecilia and father Adolph, her husband Alvin Krejci, infant brother Weldon James Mikulik, and her sister Delores Kaspar. She is survived by her sons Joe(Diane) of Buda, Texas and Ken(Kit) of Austin, Texas; grandchildren Michelle Krejci, Suzanne Krejci, Trevor Krejci, Hunter Krejci, Hailey Lancaster; great-grandchildren Allison Bracamontes, Emily Gleason, Thomas Medellin, Gavin Krejci, Maddie Krejci, Triston Krejci, Finley Krejci, Annabelle Lancaster, Ronin Lancaster, Aurora Lancaster, and Orin Lancaster Jr.; great, great grandchildren Brooklyn Bracamontes and Benjamin Bracamontes; siblings Wallace Mikulik of Corpus Christi, Texas, Benny(Lorene) Mikulik of Victoria, Texas, and Gerrie Richardson of Georgetown, Texas; sister-in-law Rosie Krejci Bohuslav and brother-in-law Victor Krejci; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 5620 Gollihar Road, Corpus Christi, Texas 78412. The Rosary will be recited at 12:30 p.m. and the Funeral Mass will begin at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at 2:30 p.m. at Seaside Memorial Park, 4357 Ocean Drive, Corpus Christi, Texas 78412.

I was a patient of Dr. Meyer for many years. Ethel was always so pleasant & attentive to my needs....made a visit to the dentist a pleasant experience. My sincere condolences to her family, I know she will be greatly missed by her family & all that had the pleasure of knowing her. May she rest in peace.
