With great sorrow, the family and friends of Christina mourn her passing at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late Joseph McBarron, her husband of 65 years. Predeceased by her father and mother, Colin and Christina (McNab) McDonald. Sister of the late John, late William, late Colin and May McDonald. Cherished mother of Joseph of Tennessee, Allan of Toronto and Brian and his wife Sherry Burns of Nova Scotia. Proud and loving grandmother of: Michael, Kevin and Sean McBarron, USA; Christina (Craig) Campbell and Jeffery McBarron, Nova Scotia; and great grandmother of Katelyn Campbell. Christina will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Christina was a trillium award recipient and life member and of the Royal Canadian Legion Ladies Auxiliary, Galt Branch 121. Prior to the pandemic, she was an avid card player and regular attendee at many community and senior centres. There will be no visitation or formal funeral service. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Galt Branch 121 Ladies Auxiliary, Royal Canadian Legion.
