HILLIS, Mary Victoria Passed peacefully surrounded by her family at River Bend Place, Cambridge, on Monday, October 9, 2017 in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late James Robert Hillis. Will be sadly missed by her 4 children, William John (Sharon), Theresa Ann (Norman) Wylie, James Douglas (Dale), Mary-Louise (Phillip) Pyne; by 10 grandchildren, Norman, Tara, Craig, Sam, Victoria, Katie, Leanne, Jaclyn, Gregory (deceased), and Jay; and by 13 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. Always remembered by many nephews and nieces and by sisters-in-law Zola Hilker and Estelle McLaughlin. Mary was predeceased by 9 brothers and sisters. Mary's family will welcome friends and family at Lounsbury Funeral Home 1766 Franklin Boulevard, Cambridge, on Thursday, October 12th from 7-9 p.m. and Friday, October 13th from 9 - 11 a.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Chapel on Friday at 11 a.m. with Father Freitas officiating. Interment to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
