Passed away at her home in Cambridge, surrounded by her loving family, on Sunday, March 14, 2021 at the age of 30. Loving and devoted wife of Steve Ryan. Proud and adoring mother of Chloe and Logan Ryan. Tiffany will also be sadly missed and forever remembered by her beloved parents Darren and Maria Clemens (nee Rocha), her brothers Tyler and Kyle Clemens, her grandfather Raymond Clemens, as well as her many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends. At Tiffany's request, cremation has taken place. Private family services will be held. As an expression of sympathy, donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
