Delores "Dee" M. (Minikis) Spinzig-Chapman of Evergreen, born March 1, 1924, in Vincent, Iowa, passed away at age 94 on Sept. 6, 2018, in Aurora.
Delores graduated from the University of Nebraska. Delores served in the Navy during World War II and worked in the health services industry as a bacteriologist until she retired in 1954.
Delores was married to the late Edgar W. Spinzig Jr. and later to the late Charles S. Chapman.
After moving to Evergreen in 1972, she joined Hiwan Golf Club and worked as a real estate agent.
She is survived by her son Jeffrey Spinzig; daughters Susan Robbins and Barbara Spinzig; as well as six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She loved golf, international travel and the Denver Broncos.
Those who wish may donate in Delores' name to the of Colorado, a Colorado nonprofit.
