Catherine Munro Obituary
She was the beloved wife of George P. Munro of South Yarmouth for 54 years.
Catherine was born and raised in South Boston. She and her husband moved to South Yarmouth in 1999 from Dorchester.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by three children, Catherine Ann (Richard) Grogan of Quincy, Carol Lynn (Paul) Kilday of Marshfield, and John J. (Annalise) Munro of Melrose. She was the mother of the late George P. Munro Jr. and the sister of the late Joseph Fallon. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 30, at 11 a.m. at Morris & O'Connor, 58 Long Pond Drive, South Yarmouth. Interment will follow in Chandler Gray Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, Sept. 29, from 4 to 7 p.m.
