Mary, Kathleen, Timmy and Danny:

So sorry to hear about your loss. Tom was a class act in all aspects of his life. I will forever remember his passion for his family, sports - and he taught me personally what "BC Pride" was all about. He was a valuable youth hockey supporter and volunteer for many years -- as well as the ultimate "hockey dad".

Dear Phyllis, Danny and Family:

Please accept our deepest condolences and prayers for all of you at this time. Having known him for almost 40 years at Sun 'n Surf, Lawrence Beach Club, High School and as an attorney, his demeanor never changed in that entire time: always a smile, always a gentleman, and always the consummate professional. As a Chaminade man, he understood and appreciated the motto "Fortes in Unitate" - Strength in Unity. Know always that he lived his life to the fullest and always did the right thing at the right time because it was the right thing to do. Our prayers are with you.

Tom was a great guy. Some 20 years ago as "young" associates and co-defendants in a fork lift case we took a harrowing flight on a turbo prop plane to a paper plant in Otsego, MI. And yet as fellow italians all we really ever talked about when we recalled the case was how great the meal was we ate in Otsego after the deposition. The thought still makes me smile. My prayers and thoughts are with you all.

Tom had that rare combination of superb legal skills and constant courtesy despite the nature of the legal dispute. He carried himself with great dignity and always demonstrated a superior knowledge of the law. I had known Tom for perhaps 20 years, and it was always a pleasure to see him in a case.

May he rest in peace. The profession has lost a great lawyer and an even greater person. My thoughts are with his family in this very difficult time.

To Mary, Kathleen, Timmy and Danny,

We are absolutely blown away with this news about Tom. When our son, Clay Witt, first came to the Bruins, Tom and Mary were there to look after him. I will always be thankful to Tom for all the pictures he sent us when we couldn't be there. Words cannot express the sorrow we have for his passing.

Tom and I worked together for almost 20 years. I will always remember how kind and patient he was to me and to other young lawyers in the firm as we started our careers. He never changed. He had genuine humility and treated everyone as an equal.
I have fond memories of talking to Tom about our love of surfing. The thing he enjoyed the most though was talking about his family. I will miss Tom's smiling face on the elevator, but will continue to look to him as a prime example of how to live a good life.

I didn't know Mr. Federico as well as most of you but he definitely left an impression on me. He went out of his way to be "the man." To name a few, he congratulated me after every game. He emailed hockey pictures to my parents so they didn't miss anything. He also invited me to the Federico's Easter dinner. He was a great guy to be around and I'm happy I had the pleasure of knowing Tom Federico.

The Barron family sends our condolences.

Mary, Katherine, Tim and Danny, Word's can't begin to express the sorrow we feel now. Tom was by far one of the nicest, most sincere men we have ever met. Our family will miss him at the games but know that he'll be watching always. He was a true friend.

To the Frederico family,
It is with deep sadness to learn of your loss. The time we shared with Tom ,Mary and Danny with the Flames organization are remembered fondly. Our Michael truly like spending time on the ice and the bench with him when Tom served as team trainer and assisted the coaches. He was affable, great with the kids, and a true gentleman. He was real role model for the players, and the parents as well.
We will keep him and your family in our thoughts and prayers.

Mary, Katherine, Tim and Danny, accept our deepest condolonces for your loss. Tom was a pleasure to know and we feel so lucky to have crossed his path to call him our friend. We have many conversations and memories from the rink we will always hold close to our hearts but the one memory i know will be with us forever is his way of hugging Matthew and then sneaking in his favorite "twizzler snack" which he had come to know were our young son's favorite. During this time i hope you find the strength to hold the memories close to your heart and don't forget his spirit and guidance will always be with you. You all will have a guardian angel every day of your life. The Pendenza's

June 29, 2010

In all our years spending time around the rinks and the thousands of familes we have met, Tom and the Federico's stand out. Players, their actions and how they are as people are usually a reflection of their parents and Tom and Mary have done an All American job with the kids. We will miss seeing Tom at the rinks, his ever present smile and constant support of not only Danny, but also the other players and the team.

Our condolences go out to the entire Federico family.

Chris and Peter Masters and the entire Junior Bruins family.
