I met Larry through the NALC. At the State Convention, Larry ran the hospitality room. I am the President of Local 902 out of Salisbury, Md.. We provided BBQ wings for the hospitality room. Larry was one of the most easy going and friendly people I have ever met. I will miss his sense of humor and his caring ways. Rest in peace my friend. Craig Marine Local 902

To the family, I am so very sorry for your lost. Larry was a good friend who I greatly admired as a trade unionist, and worked with in the union, on the local and state level. He will be surely missed. My God grant you peace and understanding during this difficult time. I look forward to the day we can come together to celebrate the life of Larry. God Bless

Carol and family. I am so sorry to here of mr Carroll's passing. I remember him fondly. Especcially the day I was taking Jeff to a doctor after he hurt his ankle. Mr Carroll carried him into the building and to the office. My deepest sympathy to you all.
