Albert L. Kneller, 85, of Westminster, died late Friday, April 19, 2013, at home.

Born Dec. 16, 1927, in Lineboro, he was the son of the late Ralph L. and Bertha I. Forry Kneller. He was the husband of Janice A. Krumrine Kneller, his wife of 52 years.

He served in the Army during the Korean conflict. He was a farmer for most of his life but also worked at Taneytown Manufacturing for 16 years, and later retired from the Hanover Evening Sun. 

He was a member of St. Bartholomew's Lutheran Church of Hanover, Pa. He enjoyed being with family, playing golf, cards, bingo and mowing grass.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, are sisters Ruth and Erma Kneller, both of Glenville, Pa.

He was predeceased by a brother, Salis Kneller.

A viewing will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Little's Funeral Home, 34 Maple Ave., Littlestown, Pa.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with his pastor, the Rev. Steven E. Thomas, officiating. Interment will be in St. Bartholomew's Cemetery in Hanover.
