Alfred Jerome "Jerry" Antonelli, age 52 of Sykesville, died Friday, September 29, 2017 at Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster. Born February 1, 1965 in Baltimore, he was the son of Barbara Spindler Antonelli and the late Alvo Antonelli. He was the husband of Donna Marie Antonelli, his wife of 28 years. Jerry was the mailroom supervisor at Towson University. He was an avid football fan and referee. He loved playing poker and spending time with his dog, Shadow. Everyone enjoyed his cooking. Surviving in addition to his wife and mother are son and daughter-in-law A.J. and Ashley Antonelli, daughter Jen Antonelli, brothers John Antonelli and his wife Mia, and Jeff Antonelli and his fiancee Cindy, sister Barbara Bryant and her husband Tommy, sister-in-law Brenda Cummings, mother-in-law Elise Langrehr, nieces and nephews Jake, Scotty and his wife Lexi, Hannah, Olivia, Wayne and Crystal, and several cousins and close friends. The family will receive friends at the Haight Funeral Home & Chapel, 6416 Sykesville Rd., Sykesville on Wednesday, October 4, 2017, from 6-8pm and on Thursday, October 5, 2017, from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 6, 2017, at 10:00 am at the funeral home. Interment in Lake View Memorial Park, Sykesville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the , 1850 York Rd., Suite D., Timonium, MD, 21093 or to the , 1393 Progress Way, Suite 908, Sykesville, MD, 21784.
