Alice May Rosenberger D'Emilio, 60, of Delray Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully with her family by her side Tuesday, August 30, 2016. Born May 10, 1956 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Mary Alice Hughes Rosenberger and the late Henry L. Rosenberger. She was the wife of Cesare D'Emilio. She was a supervisor of Public Works in Hollywood, Florida for 18 years. She graduated from Westminster High School in 1974 and then went on to obtain her Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland in the College of Agriculture where she graduated in December of 1978. She then received her Masters of Science in Public Administration from Nova South Eastern in July 2008. She loved to travel and to entertain family and friends at her home in Delray Beach. She had a passion for horticulture and enjoyed visiting gardens all over the world. Visiting her family in Maryland gave her great joy. Besides her husband and mother, she is survived by stepson, Giuliano D'Emilio and sisters Mary Hoy and husband Robert Hoy Jr., Belinda Miller and husband Scott Miller, brother John Rosenberger and wife Hope Rosenberger. Also survived by nieces, nephew, Becka Rosenberger, Sarah Rosenberger, Madison Miller, Chase Miller, Delaney Breto and Lillie Miller, as well as numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. The family will receive friends Saturday, September 10, 2016 at the Westminster Elks Lodge # 2277, 538 Gorsuch Road, Westminster, Maryland 21157, from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Celebration of Life Services will be held from 11:30 12:30 p.m. followed by a luncheon. A private interment will be at Trinity Lutheran Church in Smallwood. The family request, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a Hospice of one's choice or the at Arrangements by Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services in Westminster.
