Anna Marie (Bena) Warehime, 65, of Forest Hill, MD, passed peacefully on Sunday, February 19, 2017 in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on May 9, 1951 in Baltimore, MD.  She was the daughter of the late Elmer Lawrence and Bertha Cecelia (Priet) Bena.  She was the cherished wife of 34 years to Donald Leroy Warehime. Anna was a graduate of Kenwood High School in 1969.  She was employed for 38 years at the Social Security Administration in Woodlawn, MD, where she worked as a program analyst until her retirement in 2008.  Anna enjoyed cross stitching, gathering jokes, watching birds, collecting hummingbirds and ladybugs and gardening.  Above all she loved spending time with her grandchildren. Surviving in addition to her husband is daughter, Denise Lynne Grim and fiancé Derek Joshua Ward of Westminster, MD; grandchildren Nicklas Scott Grim, Jessica Mckayla Ward and Luke Joshua Ward whose anticipated arrival is in April, all of Westminster, MD; sister Linda Bena of Venice, FL; and several nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her step-son, D. Scott Warehime in 2007 and her sister, Beverly Gilbert in 2007. The family will receive family and friends on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm at Pritts Funeral Home and Chapel, 412 Washington Rd., Westminster, MD.  Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 10 am at the funeral home with Chaplain Chuck Leger officiating.  Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions, in Anna's name, to an education fund for her grandchildren.  Checks can be made out to Donald Warehime, c/o Pritts Funeral Home, 412 Washington Rd., Westminster, MD 21157.
