Beatrice G. Conover Miller, 90, of Westminster, formerly of Mount Airy, died Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2013, at Long View Nursing Home.

Born Jan. 31, 1923, in Westminster, she was the daughter of the late Russell Samuel Conover and the late Dorothy Harmon Conover. Twice married, she was the wife of the late Roy H. Franklin and the late Guy Emory Miller Jr.

She had worked for Hamilton and Associates.

She was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church in Mount Airy, the American Legion Gold Star Post 191 Auxiliary, the AARP, Ebenezer Owls and was a former member of Mount Airy 55 Plus Club.

Surviving are children Guy E. Miller III and wife Judy, Barbara Franklin Fleming, Carol Miller Keeney and husband Joseph, Donna Franklin Pope and husband Bill; grandchildren Lauri Long, Amanda Mastondrea, Kathi Green, Michelle Keeney and Brianne Pope; numerous great-grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

She was predeceased by siblings Harold M., Merrill A., Charles, Bradley, Glenn, Russell Conover and Clara A. Lambert; a son-in-law Kenneth Fleming; and a grandchild, Kristi Foster.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home and Crematory, 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Winfield.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Lake View Memorial Park in Sykesville.
