Brianna Michiko Izquierdo, 13, passed away suddenly on September 9, 2014 at her home. Born April 11, 2001 in Towson, she was the daughter of Christopher D. Izquierdo and Ellen Emiko Hirota Izquierdo of Hampstead. She was an honors student at North Carroll Middle School. In her spare time, she was an artist and enjoyed drawing. Her passion was her love for horses and this inspired her to volunteer at the Horse and Donkey Rescue. Surviving is her brother Logan, her grandparents, aunts, uncle, cousins, and numerous friends. The family will receive friends 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Little Long Ears Miniature Donkey Rescue, 1558 Bollinger Road, Westminster, MD 21157.
