Carl Lee Ohler, 72, of Westminster, died Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013, at Carroll Hospice's Dove House.

Born Aug. 2, 1940, in Taneytown, he was the son of the late Clarence and Evelyn Brown Ohler. He was the husband of Jenik Ohler, who he married in December 1972.

He attended Taneytown High School and was an Army veteran. He was employed at Worldcom as a telecommunication technician.

He enjoyed fishing, especially in Cape Charles, Va., going to auctions and was an avid Ravens and Orioles fan.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, are son and fiance Clinton Ohler and Sheila Beach, of Stewartstown, Pa.; sisters Betty Ohler, of College Park and Doris Ohler, of New Windsor; brother and sister-in-law Larry and Bonnie Ohler, of Ellicott City; grandchildren Cameron Ohler, Katelyn Tobias, Paul, Jakob and Nicholas Fritz; three nieces; and six nephews.

He was predeceased by siblings Linda Bauerline and Eugene Ohler.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Pritts Funeral Home & Chapel, 412 Washington Road, Westminster.

Funeral services and interment will be private.
