Carol Patricia Cook, 57, of Woodbine, died Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2012, in an automobile accident while on vacation in Utah.

Born Dec. 28, 1954, she was the daughter of Clarence Glanville and the late Eva Mae Cain Glanville. She was the wife of Noel Cook, her husband of 39 years.

She was co-owner of Carpets 2-U.

She was a Christian and an active member of Friendship Baptist Church. She was family-oriented.

Surviving, in addition to her father and husband, are son and daughter-in-law Matthew and Cynthia Cook, of Glenwood; a brother, Michael Glanville, of Eldersburg; and brother-in-law Rod Cook and partner Charlie Browne, of Baltimore.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home and Crematory, 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Winfield.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Friendship Baptist Church, 1391 Sykesville Road, Sykesville. Interment will be in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Winfield.
