Cassandra Marie Aldridge, 65, of Westminster, died Saturday, March 25, 2017, at the Carroll Hospice Dove House in Westminster. Born December 1, 1951, in Hanover, PA, she was the daughter of the late Margaret B. and Norman E. Aldridge. A graduate of Westminster High School in 1970, she retired from the Carroll County Department of Social Services in 2004 after thirty-three years of service. She is survived by her son, Chad Aaron Seymour and wife, Melissa of Westminster, as well as an aunt and uncle: Elizabeth and Charles Clarke of Palm Beach Gardens, FL; an aunt Ruth Aldridge of Westminster; several first cousins: Deborah Clarke and husband Don Warfield of Woodbine; Thomas Clarke and wife Beth of North Palm Beach, FL; Theresa Murphy and husband Charles of Southbury, CT; Timothy Aldridge and wife Jeanne of Westminster, and Cynthia Aldridge of Westminster. She was pre-deceased by another cousin, Michael Clarke. Also surviving are loyal friends, Mary Martin of Westminster and Cynthia Hauke of Westminster. Funeral services and burial will be private.
