Charlotte Kristin "Amanda" Miller, 23, of Westminster, died Monday, May 12, 2014, at home.

Born Dec. 30, 1990, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Chris A. and Susan E. Brown Miller, of Westminster.

She was a graduate of Westminster High School, class of 2008. She attended Mary Baldwin College in Virginia, Towson University, and currently attended Carroll Community College.

She worked in the cosmetics department at Walgreens in Westminster. She was an avid reader and writer. She also enjoyed hiking, flowers and nature.

Surviving, in addition to her parents, are a sister, Rebecca Lynne Miller, of Westminster; maternal grandparents John C. and Sara Lane Brown, of Windsor Mill; paternal grandparents Galen G. and Florence E. Miller, of Randallstown; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 4 p.m. until the time of a celebration of life, 6 p.m. Thursday at Pritts Funeral Home & Chapel, 412 Washington Road, Westminster, with the Rev. John Nupp officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Wards Chapel United Methodist Church, Building Fund, 11023 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD 21133.
