Charlotte Louise Hall, age 92 of Westminster, and formerly of Sykesville, died peacefully with family at her side on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster. Born October 19, 1922 in Baltimore, the daughter of the late Harold and Virginia Crowley MacConney. She was predeceased by her sister, Virginia Elderdice of Salisbury, MD. Charlotte was a graduate of Forest Park High School and Western Maryland College. She had been a Home Economics teacher in Baltimore for a brief time. She was married to Howard E. Hall for 25 years. She had been a homemaker for most of her life and enjoyed taking part in raising her grandchildren. Loved knitting, various needlecrafts, playing cards, working in her flower garden and had a special gift for floral design. She was a fabulous cook and had a wonderful sense of humor. She also loved staying at the beach and swimming. Even well into her 90's, she wanted to sit in the sun to get "some color on my face." Charlotte will be deeply missed by family, friends and all the wonderful caregivers at Carroll Lutheran Village. Surviving are her children Michael E. Hall of Summerfield, FL, Sandy M. de Britain of Richardson, TX, and Terry L. Renehan of Union Bridge, MD, grandchildren Christopher de Britain and his wife Sabrina de Britain of Singapore, Scott Hall and his wife Tina of Denton, TX, Shannon Myer and her husband Robbie of Sykesville, Megan Richardson of Sykesville, and Ryan Renehan of Union Bridge, and great grandchildren Elijah and Gabriel Richardson, Aidan Hall and Zane Rodriquez, and Jordyn and River Myer. A memorial service will be held in the Chapel at Carroll Lutheran Village Saturday June 27, 2015 @ 11:00 a.m.
