Frank Nicley, 78, passed peacefully in his daughter's home in Westminster on May 13, 2017, while under the care of hospice. Born July 3, 1938, he was a US Navy veteran who served aboard the USS Ticonderoga during the Vietnam War. He is survived by a brother, Hershal Nicley, of Kentucky; 5 daughters: Terri Cunningham of Westminster MD, Joyce Bailey of Oak Ridge PA, and Faye Farris, Gail Olivera, and Stephanie Lamb of Jacksonville FL; a son, Michael Nicley of Orange City FL; a stepdaughter Angel Kline of Martinsburg WV; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The family will be having a private memorial service, and asks that if you wish to pay respects, in lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Frank's name to your local cancer center.
