Constance Eleanor Kelmartin, 80, of Westminster, died Saturday, Jan. 25, 2014, at Carroll Hospital Center.

Born Aug. 18, 1933, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late William E. and Sophie Roman Wagner. She was the wife of William Francis Kelmartin, who died Nov. 15, 2008.

She had been an executive assistant for the Social Security Administration. She enjoyed traveling on bus trips with her girlfriends, especially to New York where she attended many Broadway shows. She especially liked to be with her family and grandchildren, attending all of their extracurricular activities.

Surviving are daughter and son-in-law Diana L. and Jeffrey D. Johnson, of Walkersville; sons and daughters-in-law William E. Kelmartin and Tracey A. Lenox, of Manassas, Va., and Stephen M. and Danette G. Kelmartin, of Westminster; grandchildren Lauren Richards and husband Brian, Jennifer Emig and fiance Sean Cubbedge, Damon Kelmartin and wife Sooyean, Nicholas Kelmartin and wife Patricia, Rachel Kelmartin, Justin Kelmartin, Eric Kelmartin and wife Kristin, and Tyler Kelmartin and fiancee Sarah Gouge; and great-grandchildren Sylvia Richards, Grace Cubbedge and Canon Kelmartin.

She was predeceased by siblings William and Eleanor Wagner.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the time of a memorial service, noon Friday at Pritts Funeral Home & Chapel, 412 Washington Road, Westminster, with the Rev. Bill Rumbaugh officiating. Private interment will take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Carroll Hospice Dove House, 292 Stoner Ave., Westminster, MD 21157.
