Daniel Taylor Evans, 40, passed away on August 3, 2017 in Bethesda, MD as a result of injuries sustained in an auto accident. He was born on August 25, 1976 in Baltimore, Maryland to Dave and Betty (Taylor) Evans. Dan grew up in Eldersburg, Md. He graduated from Liberty High School in 1994. Dan was preceded in death by his grandparents Myrtle and Thomas Taylor, and Margaret and James Evans. Dan is survived by his daughter, Ella May Evans of Marriottsville, MD; his brothers, David Evans and wife Adrienne Trustman of Baltimore, MD; Bradley and wife Aimee Evans of Eldersburg, MD; sister Jennifer Evans, of Eldersburg, MD and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives who will miss him dearly. Dan was a well-respected superintendent/project manager for many years in the housing development industry. His daughter meant everything to him. He enjoyed spending time with Ella and his family, boating and fishing. Dan was passionate about music. He was a charismatic, beautiful person who was full of life. He is a bright light who will be missed. A memorial service will be held on September 16th at 11am at Wesley Freedom UMC, Eldersburg. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to Rising Above Addiction, a local organization that helps people receive rehabilitation if they cannot afford it.
