David "Ken" Moore, Sr., 73, of Glen Burnie passed away on August 31, 2015. Ken was born on September 3, 1941 in Cumberland, MD. He retired from Westinghouse as a Supervisor after 25 years of service. He enjoyed bowling, softball, football, baseball, fishing, crabbing and NASCAR and was an avid Orioles and Ravens fan. Ken also loved spending time with his family. Ken was preceded in death by his mother, Etta Blizzard; his siblings, William Lough, Sandy Taylor and Ricky Droll. He is survived by his wife, Alicia S. Moore; his two sons, David Moore, Jr. and his wife, Joyce; and Monty Moore and his wife, Sheri; his sister, Mona Pickett and his brother, Gary Blizzard. The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy) on Friday, Sept. 4, 2015 from 3-5 & 7-9 PM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday at 7:30 PM in the funeral home's chapel. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network (BCAN), 4915 St. Elmo Ave., Suite 202, Bethesda, MD 20814.
