Deborah Ann Uhler, 55. of Taneytown died unexpectedly on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at Carroll Hospital Center. Born May 23, 1959, in Glen Burnie, she was the daughter of the late Carol Ann Piercy Gavigan. She was the wife of Russell Uhler, her husband of 35 years. She was a service writer for H&H Automotive and had worked in the automobile industry for over 25 years. She enjoyed antiquing, attending auctions, shopping and spending time with her girls, her dog Lucky and her grand-dogs. Surviving in addition to her husband are daughters Becky Uhler of Reisterstown and Rachael Uhler of Middle River; brothers Craig Warthen of NY and Timothy Warthen of Tampa, FL; aunt and uncle Lois and Jack Stoffer of Myrtle Beach, SC; nephew Marco Warthen of Westminster and best friend Susan Jaworski of Taneytown. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 8th at 3:00 pm at the PRITTS FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 412 Washington Rd., Westminster with Deacon Charles Barnhart, Jr. officiating. Interment private. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until the start of the service at the funeral home, chapel entrance. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Humane Society of Carroll County, 2517 Littlestown Pike, Westminster, MD 21158.
