Delores Ann Price, 71, of Westminster, passed away on Friday, September 15, 2017 at Carroll Hospital Center. Delores was born on October 13, 1945 in Baltimore, and was the daughter of the late Francis Leroy and Audrey Iona (Baker) Bathon. She was the beloved wife of Ronald Milton Price, whom she married on July 18, 1964 or as Ronald would tell you, 53 years, one month and 27 days. Delores graduated from Brooklyn Park High School. She was employed at Sears where she was the manager in the automotive department. After her retirement, she worked alongside her husband as co-owner in their local towing company, "Simply The Best". Delores was a life member of the National Street Rod Association. She loved to sew, cook, crochet, and garden. Surviving in addition to her husband is daughter Wendy (Price) Shaffer-Yingling and husband David Yingling of Westminster, daughter Tina Marie Deniker and husband Yule of Westminster; brother Howard Bathon and wife Juanita of Taylors Island; sister Donna Mackenzie-Rowe and husband Donald of West Virginia; grandchildren Mya Yingling, Jordan Deniker, and Zoey Deniker. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at Pritts Funeral Home and Chapel, 412 Washington Rd., Westminster, MD 21157. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 21 at 11 a.m at the funeral home. Interment will be at Meadow Branch Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to defray funeral expenses mailed to Pritts Funeral Home and Chapel or at www.prittsfuneralhome.com.
