Deloris Jean "Miss Dee" Wagner, 70, of Finksburg, died Monday, August 4, 2014 at Golden Living Center in Westminster. Born on August 25, 1943 in Beckley, WV, she was the daughter of the late Harlow and Sarah Virginia Bowyer Williams. She was the wife of Carl George Wagner, Sr., her husband of 45 years. She was a day care provider for 30 years. She loved all of the children and always took care of others. Surviving in addition to her husband are son Carl G. Wagner, Jr. of New Oxford, PA; daughter and son-in-law Sara L. and Richard Graves, Sr. of Sykesville; sister Joyce Shrewsbury of Westminster; brother David Williams of West Virginia; grandchildren Richard Graves, Jr., April Graves, Ashley Wagner, and Crystal Wagner; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by siblings Mildred Wingrove, Earl Williams, Curtis Williams, Audrey Williams, Bobby Williams, and Daryl Williams. Graveside services will be held on Saturday at 11 am at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Finksburg. Officiating will be Pastor Chris Carabell of the Church of the Open Door. There will be no public visitation. Arrangements by PRITTS FUNERAL HOME AND CHAPEL, 412 Washington Rd., Westminster.
