Dennis Lee Roach, 75, of Woodstock, died Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012, at home.

Born Feb. 22, 1937, in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Homer Lee and Mary Rose Mullen Roach. He was the husband of Patricia Bates Roach, whom he married in 1986.

He served in the Army from 1954 until 1958. He served as a police officer in the Baltimore City Police, as a shift lieutenant for Prince George's County Police Department and after his retirement, worked as a court supervisor for the U.S. Marshal Service.

He enjoyed driving his Corvette and raising horses on his farm.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, are a son Shaun Roach, of Reisterstown; a daughter, Sheila Bouloubassis, of Kingsville; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

There will be no public visitation.

A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Evergreen Cemetery, 799 Baltimore St., Gettysburg, Pa., with the Rev. Bernardo Pistone, of St. Francis Catholic Church, officiating.

Arrangements are by Pritts Funeral Home & Chapel in Westminster.
