Donald Alvin Trump, Sr., 71, of Westminster, passed away Sunday October 26, 2014 at the Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster. Born November 1, 1942 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Carl and Catherine Trump. He was the husband of Jane Shaw Trump, his wife of 36 years. He retired from General Motors after 30 years of service. He returned to his love of the home remodeling business. He loved working with wood and was an excellent carpenter. He had served in the U.S. Navy Reserve. He was a longtime member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Westminster. He enjoyed camping and crabbing and his beloved Ravens and Orioles. He also very much loved his pet, Sadie Jane. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are son, Joseph Andrews of Westminster; grandchildren, Chelsie Ainsworth of Westminster and Daniel Andrews of Reisterstown; brother and sister-in-law, Carl and Lois Trump of Joppa; sister and brother-in-law, Doris and Bud Dodd of Catonsville; sister-in-law, Diane Fore and her husband Gary and brother-in-law, Ed Shaw, all of Springfield, Ill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and leaves many wonderful and caring friends. The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 1, from 10 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 11 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, 833 Deer Park Road,Westminster, with the Rev. Dahl Drenning officiating. Inurnment will follow in Trinity Lutheran Church Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be sent to Trinity Lutheran Church, 833 Deer Park Road, Westminster, MD 21157 for the old church restoration. Arrangements are by ELINE FUNERAL HOME, Hampstead.
