Dorothy F. "Dotty" Munshaur, 78, of Westminster, died Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013, at home.

Born Aug. 15, 1935 in Mayberry, she was the daughter of the late Francis E. and Marie M. Barnhart Foglesong. She was the wife of Alton M. Munshaur, her husband of 57 years.

She was raised on a farm and graduated from Taneytown High School in 1953. After graduation, she worked for the FBI in Washington, D.C., as a stenographer and later transferred to the Baltimore field office of the FBI for 11 years. She enjoyed a long career of more than 40 years in real estate. She was co-owner of Glen Falls Realty with Sterling Walsh for more than 30 years and was a partner with Charles Rill for more than 13 years.

She was president of the Carroll County Association of Realtors in 1976, later received the Realtor of the Year Award and in 2008 was the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award.

She was a member of St. Mary's United Church of Christ in Silver Run. She enjoyed roller skating, bowling, playing golf, playing bridge and was in several card clubs. She enjoyed going to Las Vegas with her husband and best friends.

She was predeceased by a brother, Russell Foglesong.

A viewing will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Little's Funeral Home, 34 Maple Ave., Littlestown, Pa.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Revs. Patricia Barth, Ann Durboraw and Sterling Walsh Jr. officiating. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Silver Run.
