Dorothy Lorraine Leech, 86, of Westminster, formerly of Johnstown, Pa., died Thursday, Oct. 11, 2012, at Carroll Hospital Center.

Born Jan. 26, 1926, in Timblin, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Marlin J. Weber Sr. and Mary Rose Miller Weber. She was the wife of the late Henry W. Leech.

She graduated from the Indiana Hospital School of Nursing. She was a registered nurse for the Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital, then worked in a doctor's office.

Surviving are children Nanciann and son-in-law Jonathan Cherry, of Toledo, Ohio; Daniel C. and daughter-in-law Lucia M. Lech, of Sykesville; siblings Janet Freeling, of Leechburg, Pa.; James Weber, of Elizabethtown, Pa.; and Marlin J. Weber, of Johnstown, Pa.; granddaughter Kristin Boes, of Columbus, Ohio; sister-in-law Helen Lech; and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by siblings Samuel R. Weber, Mary Elizabeth Gerard and Marlin Jay Weber.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Pritts Funeral Home & Chapel, 412 Washington Road, Westminster.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Andrew Catholic Church, 1621 Ferndale Ave., Johnstown, PA 15905.
