Earl Harvey Miller, Sr, 83, of Hampstead, MD passed away on June 6, 2016. Born January 6, 1933 in Phoenix, MD, he was the son of the late Harry and Ella (King) Miller and the husband of June Bollinger Miller. He was a graduate of Hampstead High School, class of 1952. He was a school bus driver for 54 years for Carroll County before retiring in 2008. Earl was a life member of the Hampstead Vol. Fire Company. Earl was a member of Greenmount United Methodist Church since 1944, and served on the board of Trustees for over 50 years. He is predeceased by two brothers: Charles Miller, Harry Miller; two sisters: Isabelle Jones and Viola Green. He is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, June Bollinger Miller; son, Earl Harvey Miller, Jr. and wife Cari of Hanover, PA; granddaughter, Stacy L. Morean and husband Danny of Federalsburg, MD; great grandson, Daniel Andrew Morean of Federalsburg, MD. A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2016, from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm & 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Eline Funeral Home, 934 South Main Street, Hampstead, MD. A celebration of Earl's life will be held on Friday, June 10, 2016 at11:00 am at the funeral home, with Rev. John Rudolph officiating. Interment will be in Greenmount United Methodist Cemetery.
