Elaine Sharkey Everett, 63 , of Westminster passed away on October 20, 2015 from breast cancer at Carroll Hospice Dove House. Born on November 27, 1951 in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late James and Isabelle Sharkey.� She was the loving wife of John Paul Everett, Jr., her devoted husband for 44 years. Elaine was a 1969 graduate of Westminster High School. She and her husband lived in Miami for seven years and in Atlanta for 13 years, where she worked for Turner Broadcasting System. They returned to Maryland in 1995 and she worked at T. Rowe Price for 19 years in several administrative positions. Elaine was a member of the Johns Hopkins Breast Center Volunteer Team for 15 years. She participated in fundraising events for the Breast Center and provided one-on-one support to women in the "Survivors Helping Survivors" program. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church. Surviving in addition to her husband are siblings and their spouses Susan and Bobby Carmack, Christine and Bryan Bonner, Stanley J. Sharkey, and Tony and Therese Sharkey, all of Westminster; one niece and eight nephews; and seven great nieces and great nephews. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 2 to 4 pm. and 6 to 8 pm. at Pritts Funeral Home and Chapel, 412 Washington Rd., Westminster.� Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, at 11:00 a.m. at Grace Lutheran Church, 21 Carroll St., Westminster with pastor Rev. Martha Clementson officiating.� Interment will be held in Immanuel Cemetery, Manchester MD. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in her name to the Johns Hopkins Breast Center, c/o Lillie Shockney, 600 N.
