Ellsworth "Ellis" Egolf, 64, of Westminster, died Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013, at home.

Born July 10, 1948, in Westminster, he was the son of the late Charles W. Egolf Sr. and Natrul Davis Egolf. He was the husband of Barbara Egolf, his wife of 45 years.

Before retiring, he worked as a carpenter and huckster. He was a member of the North American Hunting Club, an avid hunter and enjoyed fishing and spending time with family and friends.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, are son and daughter-in-law Kevin and Sandra Egolf, of Hampstead; a daughter, Michelle Smith, of Manchester; grandchildren Veronica, Adrianna, Stephanie, Victoria, Zachary and Jordan; and a great-granddaughter, Ryleigh.

He was predeceased by brothers Carl and Charles Egolf; and a great-granddaugther, Alexa.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. John Campbell officiating. Interment will follow in Westminster Cemetery.
