Florence Margaret Marley McHugh, 84, of Westminster, formerly of Randallstown, died Saturday, Oct. 19, 2013, at Carroll Hospice's Dove House in Westminster.

Born Sept. 5, 1929 in Boston, Mass., she was the daughter of the late Frederick Howard Marley and Alice Rita Butler Marley. She was the wife of Leo Richard McHugh.

She was an office manager for Meridian Nursing Center in Catonsville and retired in 1995. She was an avid reader and a longtime parishioner of Holy Family Roman Catholic Church and School in Randallstown.

Surviving are children Leonard F. McHugh, of Westminster, Joyce A. Widerman, of Missoula, Mont., John J. McHugh, of Columbia, Thomas E. McHugh, of Westminster, and James F. McHugh, of Amissville, Va.; eleven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by siblings Frederick H. Marley, Robert F. Marley and Janice A. Marley Shaw.

Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home, 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Sykesville.

A funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Old Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, 10636 Liberty Road, Randallstown, with the Rev. Walter McGovern officiating. Interment will be in Holy Family Church Cemetery, Randallstown.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Carroll Hospice Dove House, 292 Stoner Ave., Westminster, MD 21157.
