Ford Campbell, 77, of Hanover, passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2016 at Brightview Rolling Hills Assisted Living in Catonsville, MD. He was the loving husband of Debbie Campbell. Born March 19, 1939 in Washington, D.C., he was a son of the late Ford A. Campbell and Alice B and Glenn D. Simpson. Ford was a faithful member of Calvary United Methodist Church in Gamber, MD., as well as First United Methodist Church in Hanover, PA. where he sang in the choir. He was also a member of the Old Line Statesmen Barbershop Chorus in Carroll County, MD. In addition to his wife Debbie, Ford is survived by 5 daughters; Jennifer Hoff and her husband Michael, Kimberly Drake and her husband Brian, Laura Campbell, Lisa Campbell and Bonnie Campbell. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Ford was preceded in death by his son, Eric Robert Campbell. A service to celebrate Ford's life will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at the Wetzel Funeral Home and Crematory, 549 Carlisle St., Hanover, PA with Pastor Gregory Rapp officiating. A time to share memories with the family will be on Monday, July 11th from 6-8 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
